Do they need a co-signer?
Each case is different, most of the time someone will need to be responsible for them and help me keep track of them.
What are the qualifications of a cosigner?
Co-signers must be employed with verifiable employment. They will need to be responsible for the person and make sure they go to court. They need to have the ability to pay for the bond if the person doesn’t go to court.
How much does a bond cost?
In most cases the cost of a bond is 10%. In all cases there is a minimum fee. Sometimes jails or courts add posting fees.
Is an attorney required?
You should always hire a lawyer to represent you in any criminal case.
